Yes Queen is a registered Partnership owned by Sarah and Mike Fritz. Our purpose is to provide tools and resources in relation to workplace bullying, culture and wellness.

If you contact us through our website, by email or by social media we will collect the following information in order to communicate with you and respond to any queries:

What do we do with your information?

We use the information provided to send bi-monthly EDM’s and any other communication related to our project, including updates and extensions to our current offering.  We will never sell your information to a third party.

Where Yes Queen uses third party service providers, we may disclose to them your personal information - but they will only use your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services on our behalf.

-        Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a freemium web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google launched the service in November 2005 after acquiring Urchin. Google Analytics is now the most widely used web analytics service on the Internet.

Will we contact you?

From time to time, we may send our subscribers important notices, such as changes to our Community Code of Conduct and Policies. Because this information is important to our subscribers’ interactions with us, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

A Privacy Officer will commence an investigation into your complaint.  You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint following the completion of the investigation.

In the event you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
